Active Kids Rebate - Claims
Were you aware that every child enrolled in school, aged between 4.5 and 18 years old, can receive a $50 voucher through the Active Kids Rebate program? Did you also know that engaging in martial arts is an excellent way for your child to develop their body, mind, and spirit?
Quantum Martial Arts is an authorised provider of the NSW Active Kids Voucher rebate program. If you meet the mentioned criteria and possess an Active Kids Voucher, you can submit it to us. It's now even more advantageous for our children to be physically active!
If you haven't obtained your voucher(s) from the Government yet, please refer to the Service NSW page for more information.
To utilise your voucher with us, we kindly request that you complete and submit the claim form found on this page.
- QMA will cross-check your voucher with your membership information. To facilitate a prompt procedure, please double check the accuracy of the information that you provide.
- If the information aligns with your membership records, we will take the initiative to submit the voucher on your behalf. We will confirm the submission to the Active Kids Department through the email you provided.
- In due course, Quantum Martial Arts will receive the funds (up to $50);
- Following this, we utilise the Active Kids Voucher rebate to reduce the ongoing membership cost for your child.
